Weddings at the historic Pioneer Inn are simply beautiful. The quaint, old gazebo nestled in the middle of a lush tropical courtyard is the ideal place for a sunset wedding. Whether you desire a simple wedding, a lavish reception or something in between, the Pioneer Inn can create a celebration to complement your style and work within your budget.

Facilities

The Courtyard
One of the best-kept secrets in Lahaina is the lush, tropical courtyard of the historic Pioneer Inn.  Guests enjoy the bountiful, fresh, island cuisine surrounded by majestic lauhala trees, ferns, flowering hibiscus and tropical foliage planted in whaling pots from 100 years ago.  A gazebo is nestled quietly among the foliage.  The Courtyard is available for weddings and private parties for up to 125 people. 

Facility Rental:  $500, $350 if using Pioneer Inn for food and beverage catering.

Snug Harbor
Guests enjoy spectacular ocean views while dining at the Pioneer Inn's elegant parlor.  Snug Harbor's private dining room is furnished with antiques and photographs from Old Lahaina Town.  It is available for wedding receptions and private parties for up to 48 people.  

Facility Rental:  $300.

Rental of either facility includes a champagne toast for the bride and groom and a framed Hawaiian marriage blessing,

Catering
A wide variety of menu options are available.  You can choose from a selection of fresh fish brought in daily from the harbor, choice cut steaks, vegetarian entrees or any of the Pioneer Inn's signature dishes.  The chefs will gladly customize any menu to suit personal taste. 

We can cater everything from a cocktail reception to a seated dinner.  We also offer a continental breakfast or brunch buffet.  Prices are quoted on an individual-event basis and include cocktail receptions from $18 per person, seated dinners from $40 per person and brunch buffets from $16.95 per person.  See sample catering menus or contact us at 800-457-5457.

Wedding Cake
When it comes to wedding cakes, we know where to go.  We can help you coordinate with a local bakery to create the perfect wedding cake for your big day. 

Flowers
We'll be glad to direct you to an outstanding local florist, who can work with you to create an original design of fresh, tropical flowers for your wedding and reception.  They also provide traditional leis for the bride and groom. 

Music
We can coordinate local musicians for your wedding or reception.  Solo ukulele, Hawaiian duet or solo harpist are among some of the more popular choices, but we can deliver almost any genre you desire. 

Photography and Videography
The Pioneer Inn can put you in touch recommended local photographers and videographers who we are confident can capture the memories of your wedding and reception. 

Minister
We will be happy to help you with the initial contact of a local minister and scheduling of the date and time for the ceremony.  Just let us know your preferred denomination. 

Accommodations
The historic Pioneer Inn offers a selection of standard or deluxe accommodations.  The standard room includes one queen or two twin beds and ranges from $135-155.  The deluxe room includes one king bed.  It also features a refrigerator and wet bar and ranges from $155 - 175.  The deluxe suite includes one king bed and one queen Murphy bed.  It also features a refrigerator and wet bar and ranges from $165 - 185.
